Indications for Use:

  • Anemia caused by folic acid deficiency
  • Treatment and prevention of anemia during pregnancy and lactation
  • Kidney pathologies
  • Alcoholism
  • Treatment with methotrexate
  • Folic acid deficiency

Contraindications:

  • Increased sensitivity to folic acid.

Dosage and Administration:

  • Take orally after meals. 1-2 tablets once daily. The daily dose is 400-1000 mcg.
  • High doses up to 5 mg should be taken under a doctor’s consultation.

Special Precautions:

  • Overdose may reduce the concentration of cyanocobalamin in the blood.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

  • Since folic acid deficiency is particularly undesirable during the first trimester of pregnancy, its use should start during the pre-pregnancy period. For additional consultation and information, please consult a doctor.
