  • Solid fat
    One suppository weighs 1.4 g.

Pharmacological Properties: Biodornase contains components with enzymatic activity: Streptokinase has a fibrinolytic effect by activating the plasminogen enzyme, which, under its influence, transitions into its active form and facilitates the resorption of thrombolytic masses.
Streptodornase – an endonuclease (deoxyribonuclease enzyme) – causes the destruction of DNA, nucleotides, and nucleosides, and breaks down necrotic and purulent masses. It does not affect the structure or function of living cells. Through the action of streptokinase and streptodornase, the concentration of phagocytes increases significantly, improving their mobility. The use of Biodornase suppositories leads to:

  • Rapid lysis of leukocyte masses
  • Improved blood circulation and microcirculation in the inflammatory focus
  • Increased concentration of antibacterial and other medications in the inflammatory site
  • Rapid relief of infiltration, swelling, and clinical symptoms
  • Prevention of the development of sclerotic processes
