Indications:
- Improvement of chronic cerebrovascular disorders (discirculatory encephalopathy)
- Facilitation of the rehabilitation period after ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes
- Improvement of neurosensory disturbances (dizziness, tinnitus, hypoacusis)
- Enhancement of attention concentration and memory in younger individuals
- Improvement of peripheral blood circulation, microcirculation, arterial and venous pathologies of lower limbs, and symptoms of Raynaud’s syndrome
- Assistance in the treatment of hemophthalmia, hemorrhages of the retina of various etiologies, diabetic and hemorrhagic retinopathies
Mechanism of Action:
- Ginkgo Biloba: The biologically active substances (flavonoid glycosides, terpene compounds) help in nerve impulse transmission, increase attention concentration and memory, regulate blood circulation in the center and periphery, inhibit platelet aggregation, and improve microcirculation. It is a powerful antioxidant.
- St. John’s Wort: The red pigment hypericin and flavonoid quercetin in the flower extract have anti-stress, antidepressant, and calming effects.
- Bacopa Monnieri: A plant extract that increases the longevity of neurons. It aids in the formation of sharp thinking, improves cognitive functions, learning processes, and visual information perception and transformation.
- L-Glutamine: An amino acid synthesized in the body that activates excitatory transmission in CNS synapses, participates in protein synthesis, and various biochemical processes in the brain.
- Phosphatidylserine: A structural phospholipid in cell membranes that serves as a natural neurometabolic agent, supporting nerve tissue function, regulating nerve cell division and growth, stimulating acetylcholine synthesis, and activating cholinergic processes in the brain. It also supports glucose metabolism in nerve cells and increases their resistance to ischemic damage.
- L-Carnitine: A vitamin-like substance that transports long-chain fatty acids through cell membranes into the mitochondrial matrix, where they are broken down, releasing energy vital for the cell in the form of ATP. It significantly improves the contractility of the heart muscle and its energy supply. It exhibits nootropic effects, and as a strong antioxidant, it helps remove free radicals accumulated in metabolic processes.
- Huperzine-A: An acetylcholinesterase inhibitor that increases acetylcholine levels, enhancing memory and learning processes.
- Alpha-GPC: A precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, it increases acetylcholine levels in the brain, improving neuromuscular transmission and playing an important role in the enhancement of learning and memory processes.
